This should be pretty obvious to a logical person. Be nice to others and others will be nice to you. If you are rude, you can’t expect others to just be nice for no reason. If the worker is anything like me, you piss them off with kindness and it’s a hell of a lot of fun. The model of today’s comic is one of the reasons I am always nice to fellow workers throughout the world. If I am pissed off about a policy that the worker is being forced to enforce, I let them know that I am NOT upset at them. As shown last week, there is nothing they can do about it so it’s not cool to lose your shit with them.

It’s like an insider trade secret, if I am nice to you than I know you hate this job and it’s ok. In turn, the worker will offer me or tell me something that they wouldn’t normally give to customers. It’s like the secret handshake that everyone should know about by just generally being nice, but not that everyone seems to follow. Today’s strip is very much based on a true story, and is not fabricated in anyway. But I don’t think it takes a genius to believe this story either.

We got no food, no jobs… our PETS’ HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!
