Did you know that it’s illegal to fire someone for talking about the union at the workplace? It is! Though we all know, at that point they are just going to find a reason to fire you, or since you ARE at-will, they will fire you because your hair is 2″ too long or something stupid like… firing you for “stealing” $1.50.
