Another story about bus rides, the man who rides and ignores my advice or heed my warnings from my last post. A man boards the bus and hears sniffling and coughing, there are only about 4 of us on the bus at this point, and he turns around like we insulted his mother. I caught on about what was happening with this guy and tested my theory and coughed into my arm. As predicted, he whipped around and gave me the evil eye. I wanted so bad to walk off the bus and cough in his face, but I didn’t. But imagine my surprise when I see this guy for a second time on the bus. To make sure it was him, I coughed into my arm and was met with another evil eye. Yep, this was him for sure. I can’t believe I landed on the same bus in a big city with the same guy 2 times. This guy has to be a germaphobe, but insists on riding a public bus. The story gets better as I meet this guy a 3rd time, and it should be noted that this was on different times of the day and different bus numbers. This time, he recognized me and made the fakest cough and looked at me with half a grin. I have no idea what is with this guy, and I haven’t seen him for a few months. I hope he hasn’t died from some disease he picked up from the bus… that would ironic.
Relationships based on extreme circumstances never work out.
